[The Room Madness]

not very bad for a first sub

but not very good either. the animations were quite choppy, and the feet didn't move when the guys were walking.
the guys in the second room didn't even have feet.
later the feet indeed moved, but the movement speed wasn't even close to being synchronised with the movement speed of the entire character.
so you really have to improve in the animation smoothness and speed.

a bit short

and the explosions weren't animated and draw very good.
but i liked the experimental prisoner's shineyness and the soldiers running.
the audio was also pretty good (especially the radio-taling), but the animations weren't good enough for a higher vote.

pretty funny and nicely animated.
i dont get why they were running over clouds though.
and in my opinion you should let them continue their running while they were talking.
so 8/10 and 4/5

The "running" is called flutter jumping. It's a move Yoshi performs to sustain his height.

Try Yoshi's Island and you'll see.

Anyway, I agree. Actually, that would make animating that scene 8 times easier, so, I might as well.

you need better sprites

not the parts you have drawn yourself, but like I said on your account page, get some standard sprites in better quality, or draw the entire character yourself.
this is just too pixelated.
but the submission itself was pretty funny.

i hope you will finish and post it soon, although i would understand it as well if you would post only on MD 2009 :D

i know that, when its released, its good. but for the stuff you show us in the preview.... i give you a 7.
i know the idea of a preview is just to show some stuff, but i will vote for it like i see just some stuff. some fancy looking stuff, still :)

and might i add the suggestion you say in your author comments its not Hank but Dante, because without his name showing up somewhere, its a bit confusing.

it was random. and short.
but funny as well.
it wasnt bad animated, but this movie didnt make clear how good you can animate, if you know what i mean.
